Maths create week 6 term 1

 Hi,

This week in maths we were learning rounding and compensating and tidy numbers

Goal: Use a broad range of mental strategies to solve addition and subtraction problems.

Here is a question of tidy numbers 

+3     -3

29 + 33 =

32 + 30 =62

Here is a question of rounding and compensating 

         +2

36 + 28 =

36 + 30 = 66 - 2 =64

    Stunning work Bronte,
    Just be sure to proofread 1 of the subtraction question on slide 6 have a + not a -. But a really good job, I love the colours.
